This is very much unlike anything I've ever heard before, and I really like it. The mix of orchestral and dance style drums really works. Great visuals to accompany an epic song too; Love the understated use of the 7D, just as it should be, and all wrapped up in a very tight edit. Congrats!

Oh my god this is excellent! I'd like to give ou a thousand likes! This is awesome!

The music is emotional and powerful at the same time, the lyrics and the vocals are well-performed and written, the video looks amazing and blends dark and light white sides.

You have all my recognition. Congratulations! :D

Awesome track, awesome video, and because I work in Birmingham a lot I recognise many of the locations...I'm betting the hotel room you used was the Hyatt...anyway good luck with the album
  • Hybrid plus 6 months ago
Very close, it was the Radisson Blu (shhh!) Birmingham at night is actually a really beautiful city, not so bad during the day too. There's also a few shots from Derby if you can spot them...

The scene that she walking in the tunel (1:35) which lenses do you use: Canon EF-S 17-55mm f/2.8 USM ou the Canon EF 50mm f/1.4 USM?
  • Hybrid plus 6 months ago
Hi Victor, I think it was the 17-55mm all the way open, there was quite a bit of light thanks to the fluorescent strips. The anti shake (can't remember the proper term right now, yikes!) was on, it just smoothed out any wonkyness from the glidecam. Cheers!

Nice video, I really like how you used layers
  • Hybrid plus 6 months ago
Thanks Adam, the layering in FCP was a lifesaver. Basically a replacement to all the shots we wanted to do in CGI but didn't have the resources / time / funds... You know how it goes.
