This tutorial shows a jFinalizer 1.x setup. The current version is 2.x. Some backend options have changed a bit during new releases. DeTab compression mode is now highly recommended and default. Anyway - the idea is still the same. Please note that running joomla 1.6+ can require a different plugin order.
