    It's a shame he doesn't use a touchscreen mixer! ;-)

I myself 've been scratching on the Nintendo DS already for some time based on the same principle: check "Protein DScratch"

More and more techology is coming out that is simpliflying the method but, ruining the art of true DJing. Just because you can doesn't mean you should. Pressing 'PLAY' does not make you a DJ.

Meeh... not impressed..there are better interfases out there, that is bulky and unnecesary. As mentioned before lemur (just to mention one thats similar to this one) does a whole lot more and if youre thinking about turntablism, well... turntables.

i love it, a billion more dj's means a billion more parties, and the rest of the world dancing, and oh my friends i hope i never get to believe that's a bad thing to happen.

Forget the lamers criticizing the technology - it's good stuff. Usability is a difficult thing to design, but this has lots of potentially-cool uses.

I totally agree, you just need to look at Hobb's website to see that he hasn't just came up with this idea on a whim. It's been designed through trials with djs.
Especially since it iss a prototype, it has loads of potential.

No one is criticizing the technology. It's amazing. Mindblowing even. I guess like Vincente said earlier, a billion more DJs mean a billion more parties. I mean...who cares about uniqueness, quality and skill? It's all about mass appeal, quantity and ease....right? I'll pass...vinyl only for me.
