Agreed, I liked it a lot, both the illustrations and the animation.

Care to tell more about how it was made? Is it mostly hand painted and then brought in in pieces into AE where it was animated? I would love to make something in a similar style sometime.

Thanks! You're right, I painted all the layers and what i couldnt scan, i photographed. Cleaned everything up in photoshop and brought into after effects for animating. It's a shame the audio cuts out at the end. But i dont really feel like re-uploading. I already have it posted on youtube. If you want to see it with complete audio you can find it at this link

It also has a real handmade feel to it :)

I guess about a month and a half working on it in my spare time. I'm a little lazy so a normal person could have done it quicker I think.
