This video was part of an exhibit titled "Common Threads: A Project About Women Coming Together". It played on a loop and was not necessarily meant to be seen all at once. It contains interviews that were transcribed and given to each participant.
After reading all the anonymous interviews, each participant strung a yarn rope from their "post" to the "post" of the other women they felt connected to in some way. The result was a mass of connections, a map, a collective of women from ages 12 - 65. The project inspired many, and I hope to put it up in a nother space. Blog coming soon!
