I made some time-lapse sequences to complement the main material I shot for a new music video last week. This material is a very small part of the final video so I thought it would be fun to put it all in a row to some other music piece. I used the song "Lights will guide you home" by my friend Jonas Lindgren.

    Thanks! I'm glad you like it Mitch. I really like your flashlight tree. The music video I've been working on for the past couple of weeks has a similar look to it as your flashlight cartoon clip, I think you will enjoy watching it once I put it up early next week. Let me know if you have any links to other clips that have inspired you to do this. For me it was the works of the japanese Pikapika team.

    Cool video Ben, I'm curious as to how you did the light worms - especially the blue worm (00:07) on the handrail and the white one (00:03) that travels the steps?

    Looking forward to the final music video :)

    Cheers! The light worms were made with a large flashlight moving like a meter or two for each frame and then starting from the last frames mid position to give it more of a worm like effect. We probably used about 5 seconds exposure on those. The blue one is done the same way but with a small blue US$4 LED flashlight moving across the handrail.
