I used mould fungus of an old cheese sandwich and some bacteria from a fish finger package. It seems like the bacteria overtook the mould fungus. Initially i just wanted the white mould fungus on the red culture medium but it went wrong...
The spiral was intedet to control where the fould mungus and bacteria are growing, but as you see it didn't worked.
I learned my lesson from it.
