This is part 2 of a 10 part screenwriting work-out. These "work-outs" were created to allow you, a budding screenwriter, the time to write. Each work-out has a certain theme or point and focuses on 10 pages of your script. After a warm-up and a description of what you need to do in those ten pages, there are three 10 minute sessions to focus on the writing. My hope is that not only will you learn something about the process of screenwriting but that you will use the time in each session to actually write. Feel free to pause the work-outs so you have enough time to write.
Part 2 focuses on the characters' wants and desires and moves towards the first act break.
