Just before we do, I would like to explain how each of the workouts tailor for all fitness levels.
Pick your performance level and perform the workout for the corresponding amount of times.
Bring It On = Beginner Fitness Level
Will Of Iron = Intermediate Fitness Level
Damn I'm Good = Advanced Fitness Level
