This is a quick post to satisfy the anxious B&B Crew at RealEstateRadioUSA.com. I am still catching up from being away in NYC for three days last week, and have returned to Boston to find myself busy finally. I credit it all to Seth. We accepted an offer on that converted mill condo unit 14sanford.com today as well (20 days on market....yippeeee!!!!) Barry, Barry and Lindsay: we will talk soon I promise, but the first part of this week is kicking my butt right now (in a good way). Here's a little teaser. It's me and the Godinator, post-seminar, signing a copy of Meatball Sundae for me. Yes, it was awesome. Yes, I am still digesting a lot of the knowledge his was kicking. Yes, we will talk later this week about it. He actually publicly frowned upon taping during the event, so I politely obliged. He did give all 50 of us attendees copies of his 4-DVD set as a parting gift though ($800 suggested retail parting gift. Thanks Seth. Some even got the Seth Godin action figures. I was not so lucky).
