Located in one of East Tennessee’s mountain valleys lies a town called Pressmen’s Home. For 57 years it was home to the Pressmen’s Union and was seen as a local vacation spot. It was a completely self-sustaining town which took care of all their own needs up until 1967 when the Pressmen’s Union relocated to Washington D.C. Today the area is a ghost town, with most of the buildings having been burned down or in disrepair. The people who lived in this little mountain valley when it was Pressmen's Home talk about it as if it was such a magnificent place, yet no one did anything to preserve it.
