A movie created to motivate interest in a building and a community. It tells the story of how a community came together in support of an architecturally significant building, located within a village important to the history of urban planning, architecture and landscape design.
  • You've really captured the flavor of the Arcade, its history, the scope of the mural project and the local talent and passion that made this happen!

Love that you included footage from the interior, showing proximity to Riverside's commuter train station, other historic commercial buildings and Township Hall . . . It is an effective visual demonstration of why the Arcade is Riverside's premiere commercial landmark.

    Well done!

This building, now owned by Guiseppe Zappani, has undergone an amazing transformation and rebirth. A beautiful restoration. The building has only a couple of tenants, so that is the next hurdle. The ground floor is suitable for a restaurant or retail.
