OpenShot Video Editor version 1.1.0 has been officially released! It is faster, simpler, and more stable! Editing videos on Linux has never been easier and more fun!

This version of OpenShot will be included in the Ubuntu 10.04 (Lucid Lynx) software center when it launches in April 2010. Don't want to wait? Download OpenShot today at OpenShotVideo.com.

This footage was filmed on my Canon HF S100, and edited with OpenShot (of course).

It's great to know that it will be at Ubuntu Software Center. Thank you for your hard work! By the way, I agree with the need of a logo redesign.

Openshot looks nice. I know on Ubuntu 10.04 (I'm running beta 2 as I write this) the default video editor is Pitivi. I've never really used either but I am interested in seeing the differences between the two.
