Some shots made with our new home-made dolly.
I'll post some details/photos of the dolly if you like.
The shot at 0:40 isn't really smooth, the grass was laying on top of the track... But I did like it, so I put it in there.
I still need some practice with a dolly...

Some basic colour correction done in FCP.

    Very nice work on the kit and on the video too - I especially like the last section with the interior cooking shots and such - very feature-film esque. Kept me looking for a story!

    Me too :) You can make such nice things with it.
    I really wanna go out and shoot some more, but it's kinda difficult to transport the dolly and tracks on my bike...
    and I can only make high shots, because my tripod can;t go really low.

    Nice job putting that together! It might help to figure out some sort of leveling system to go under the tracks, although I'm not sure if that would work with PVC tubes. Great footage though (thanks for the comments, btw)

    Thank you! Well, we're thinking about some systems to improve our tracks. Because they aren't that great actually (After a week of lying outside they were a bit crooked, unfortunately)

    Do you have some behind the scenes footage of your series? Because that would be great!

    That's a real nice dolly Jip! If you can make that, I'm sure you'll have little problem making a Cinesaddle which you can mount on it to get the low shots.

    That looks like a useful little thing to put on there! I was looking for something to get the low shots, but mounting a tripod head on the dolly didn't really sound great.
