The Movie Exporter plugin is an XCode project in the
/Developer/Examples/Quartz Composer/Plugins/ folder, so you have to Build it and then drop the built plugin into
/Library/Graphics/Quartz Composer Plug-Ins/
It seems to work pretty well.
