OPTIONPZ actively seeks regeneration by creating an environment that people want to be a part of. It also protects and values the unique features of Penzance Seafront which includes the harbour wall and Battery Rocks. Penzance needs to be a destination in its own right and not just a transport facility for the benefit of the Isles of Scilly. The full potential of the harbour needs to be realised both in terms of being a working harbour as well as a highly attractive amenity and port of call yacht harbour facility.
