Using this setup one could easily create live tutoring sessions. Using Skype versions 3.8 and newer, which supports high definition video, and Logitech HD webcam the video quality is good enough to show details about almost anything.
Of course you need good computer to compress the video for Skype (at least dualcore) and relatively fast internet connection for both participants. I have 5Mbps ADSL line and that seems to be enough, I believe less is actually needed.
