At the Pablo's Fiesta Open Spaces conference, Chad Myers (lostechies.com/blogs/chad_myers/) and Jeremy Miller (codebetter.com/blogs/jeremy.miller) gave an introduction to FubuMVC, a front controller web framework with an eye to composition vs. inheritance.
I recorded this video using a Creative Vado HD camera. I converted it to H.264 format using the Universal setting of HandBrake v0.9.4. I added a title, normalized and set the audio to 200% using Apple's iMovie '08. Then, I exported it using the Medium setting (640x360).
