On Friday night, Woodford Reserve Licensee Bourbon Barrel Foods hosted Bistro 1860 and BourbonBlog.com chef/mixologist Stephen Dennison to showcase Bourbon Barrel products and the culinary diversity within their product line. The evening's menu was rich with flavor and innovation, including interpretations of such staple cocktails as the manhattan and the bloody mary, while hors d'oeuvres consisted of a filet mignon skewer, salmon belly croquettes and a cheese-stuffed puffed pastry, each demonstrating a unique application of a product offered by the Bourbon Barrel Foods portfolio.
