The 2007 Nipomo Mesa Air Particulate Matter Study showed that residents on the Mesa were breathing concentrations of particulate matter that were beyond health standards. Katrina Dolinsky of Mesa Clean Air addresses Katcho's advisory council on the day the Phase 2 study is released, asking if Mesa residents matter.
