This is The urban Downhill race in Valparaiso, Chile from last year.
I remember filming at the event and when I was watching this video it reminded me of the whole event.

Awesome, just Awesome.
The best mountain bike event on the planet by far, thousands of spectators, jumps, wallrides, dogs, and summer weather right on the beach.

FYI: VCA it's an event that is made every february in Valparaiso, Chile (VCA= Valparaiso Cerro Abajo / Valparaiso DH).
