Here William Taylor demonstrates how, in the story of Jacob wrestling with God (Genesis 32), a vital principle is at work which is seen again and again in the Bible: that God chooses to fulfil his purposes in and through his people by rendering them weak and utterly dependent on him. Grasping this principle and accepting it is an essential key to contentment and fruitfulness in Christian discipleship.

We love to hear God speak to us by His Spirit, through His word. One of the ways we do that is through the sermons preached on Sundays. Sermon Bites are short sections from our sermons for you to watch and share. Every Sunday we meet at 10:30, 4pm and 6pm to hear God speak through His Word and we would love you to join us.
