African American Teaching Fellows is addressing the racial disparity in the public schools of Albemarle County and Charlottesville, VA. We recruit, support, and develop highly qualified African American Teachers to serve the local schools. We believe that this is an essential part of strengthening our community and educating all of the children in our schools.
