A Beautiful Curse

A BEAUTIFUL CURSE was created by freelance musician/producer Kenny James (kennyjames.com) who has worked with George Clinton and the P-Funk All Stars, 24-7 Spyz, Celldweller, The Samples, and so many more. The CURSE's original influences were the combination of emotional/dramatic rock, electronica, and the downtempo/trip hop movement.

Initially designed primarily for film soundtracks and music licensing (movies, t.v. commercials, video games, etc.), A BEAUTIFUL CURSE is now fully focused on the release of the second cd "The Afghan Tapes" coming in 2012 along with a slew of audio/video projects as well. All indications pointing to "The Afghan Tapes" and the forthcoming video releases to exceed the extremely warm reception of the debut release "As It Should Be" in 2009. Yet, no matter its design, ABC's function is truly dream-music from the heart and soul. A collision of groove and mood for the senses.
