The Abu Dhabi Film Festival was established in 2007 in Abu Dhabi, with the aim of helping to create a vibrant film culture throughout the region. The event, presented each October, is committed to curating exceptional programs to engage and educate the local community, inspire filmmakers and nurture the growth of the regional film industry.

تأسس مهرجان أبوظبي السينمائي عام 2007 بهدف المساعدة على إيجاد ثقافة سينمائية حيوية في المنطقة. ويلتزم هذا الحدث الذي يعقد في أكتوبر/ تشرين الأول من كل عام تقديم برامج استثنائية من شأنها أن تجذب المجتمع المحلي وتسهم في تثقيفه، كما تلهم صناع الأفلام وتسهم في نمو صناعة السينما في المنطقة.
