After spending his childhood editing light sabers into family home videos, Adam Coggin graduated from Southern Adventist University in 2007 with a degree in Animation. While working freelance post-graduation he was hired as an intern for Black Sun Entertainment, a company founded by animation veteran and entrepreneur, David Weinstein. Adam quickly rose to the position of CG Supervisor for Black Sun Entertainment due to his eye for color and quick problem solving skills. Black Sun's 1st animated short film, Azureus Rising, debuted in film festivals in 2010, winning multiple awards including Best Visuals for the L.A. International Film Festival.
