ALD performs regionally and in several occasions toured to dance festivals in Mexico and Poland. Ms. Laska was a finalist in the choreographic competition Lenguaje Contemporáneo in Monterrey, Mexico 2005.
As a choreographer, Agnieszka is known for creating provocative works related to the most painful issues of our time. Her multimedia productions The Fall ’01, Lamentatio, Homeland Insecurity have taken us to 9/11's ground zero, Middle East battle fields, Abu Ghraib, Guantanamo, through airport body scans and into the very heart and soul of humanity’s suffering. Her upcoming work Broken Flowers, addressing the painful subject of teen sex slavery and human trafficking, is being currently developed with original music by Jack Gabel and excerpts from the Marzena Music release Hendrix Uncovered.
Ms. Laska collaborates closely with artists in various disciplines in the USA, Mexico and her native Poland.
