Each Spring, Rendezvous holds a Talent Showcase in which regional musicians compete for the opportunity to perform at Rendezvous In the Park. The winners are selected by the Showcase audience. JT Grauke was one of the winners of the fifth annual People's Choice Talent Showcase and was first to take the stage at Rendezvous 2009.

Grauke began his singer/songwriter career as a sophomore in high school. He has produced three albums, Twist and Bend, Swing of the Sea, and Mixed Tape. He is currently a junior at the University of Idaho in Musical Theater and was involved in three productions for Idaho Repertory Theater this Summer: Chaps, Some Enchanted Evening, and High School Musical. He writes songs about the things that inspire him and draws from his personal experience. He can be heard locally at Bucer's and other pubs in the area and often gives his own concerts.
