Africa’s most populous country, Nigeria is plagued by ethno-religious violence, inciting intense fear amongst the population. Boko Haram is a terrorist group and extremist Islamization movement responsible for over 4,700 deaths in Nigeria since 2009. Bombings and and slaughters of Christian Nigerians or “traitor” Muslim Nigerians, have left locals on edge constantly in fear, trusting no one.
