The studio was commissioned by DixonBaxi to collaborate on the production of a rebrand of UKTV's flagship entertainment channel, Watch.

This sequence faced some potentially heavy render times which didnt meet the tiny schedule - so I developed a shader and scene setup which used a single, custom HDRI to drive refractions and reflections.
There are no lights at all. Full HD frame renders took no longer than 15 minutes per frame maximum.
The fluid shader was rendered in a single colour, with velocity information from Realflow transfered to a render pass which allowed me to colour correct and mix colour and fluid density in Nuke. Depth of Field was also added in post.
I also made use of the excellent IOWaterBlast Daemon for Realflow by Ole Lemming (IOsim) for the opening and ending liquid burst events.
