Edible Education 101: The Rise and Future of the Food Movement
Weekly lectures at UC Berkeley, Graduate School of Journalism and College of Letters and Science, Fall 2011. Instructed by Nikki Henderson, Executive Director, People’s Grocery, and Michael Pollan, Knight Journalism Professor, UC Berkeley
Lectures are led by experts in their field, who will relate their discipline to the food system/movement from a variety of perspectives. Course instructors will provide context and connection between speaker topics.
