Whether this is the 14th letter of Paul is uncertain. What is certain is that this "brief word of exhortation" (Hebr. 13:22) is an example of the kinds of sermons ("exhortations") that would have been heard in earliest Christian worship. Hebrews has as its great theme the superiority of Jesus Christ . . . who is great than angels, Moses, Priest/High Priests, and Animal sacrifices. Jesus Christ deserves our all in obedience and devotion.
