Children and young families in Basildon and other towns across the East of England have been targeted in a brand new Change4Life initiative to make the region fitter, healthier and more active. NHS East of England staged a series of local roadshow events during half-term aimed at bringing the healthy lifestyle message to young families in a fun and accessible way.
