Diving "Blue Hole" in Santa Rosa, NM & around the Southwest USA
Scuba diving at a fresh water spring in Santa Rosa, New Mexico known as the "Blue Hole". Water is a constant 62 degrees year-round and enters the hole from a crevice on the bottom which is covered with a grate now to keep divers out of the caverns below.
Divers come from all over the Western US to dive here: Wyoming, Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, and Oklahoma. It is the best place in winter to do student training as the water is always the same temp, 62 degrees!
Other dive spots around the SouthWest US - Perch Lake in Santa Rosa, Balmorhea Springs in Texas.
