The MSC Reorganization of Operations and Policies is a huge project that will begin in January. This webinar will cover how some basic Symphony policy configuration works to provide a better understanding of what the Reorganization will encompass and how it can best be done for your library. It will also include a discussion of the Reorganization plan, including the “Moderate” option we will be following, the new policies and structure that will be put in place, and the timeline for implementation.
