Yvan & John ("Cassons la Croûte" Association), are Bakers from another time, they make sourdough bread cooked over a wood fire. To make bread, they use organic flour from old wheat varieties, also seeds and nuts from organic farming.

Yvan & John (Association «Cassons la Croûte»), sont des Boulangers d’un autre temps, ils fabriquent du pain au levain qu’ils cuisent au feu de bois. Pour la fabrication du pain, ils utilisent de la farine bio issue de variétés anciennes de blé, ainsi que des graines et noix issues de l’agriculture biologique.
