Writer, curator, editor and artist based in the UK, Alfredo's work explores the relationship between reality and representation across TV, radio, publishing, critical writing, photography and exhibition curating.

He is Director of Mostyn, Wales - the largest and leading publicly funded contemporary art gallery in Wales, co-Director of AGM Culture, roaming curatorial agency, and of CPS Chamber of Public Secrets, art & media curatorial and production unit. PhD Researcher eCPR European Centre for Photography Research, University of Wales, Newport, UK.

Among his curatorial and editorial activity: Senior Curator, QUAD Derby; Co-curator, Manifesta 8, the European Biennial of Contemporary Art, Region of Murcia, Spain, 2010; Editor, Critical Photography book series by Intellect Books.
