Alejandro Suárez Lozano
FILMMAKER/DIRECTOR
Born in Spain, my first film experience started when I was 13, where I assisted my father with his short films.
In 1999 I began my career as a Storyboard designer, working with renowned Spanish directors such as Daniel Monzón and Achero Mañas. The experience lead me to make my first self-written and co-directed short film “Escorzo” (Over the shoulder, 2005).
In 2010 I wrote and directed a historical documentary entitled “El Último Rey de León” (The Last King of Leon) and the international award-winning short film, “Hidden Soldier”.
At present, I am seeking opportunities to work in the USA and to develop my first feature film.
