All Spots To Black is a band who reside in Los Angeles. Fronted by Philip Krohnengold, who's backed up Jayhawks, Wilcos, Joe Purdy, Gomez, and currently touring extensively with Sara Bareilles, and featuring Holly Conlan, they released their first record "The Water Tower" in January of 2011.
