The Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors® (AM&AA) was founded in 1998 to bring together CPA's, attorneys, and other experienced corporate financial professionals who serve as intermediaries, conduct valuations, coordinate financing, and provide a range of other business advisory services essential to M&A transactions.

Our primary goals are to help members improve their level of knowledge, give them access to the tools to help them better market and deliver their services, and provide them with a network of knowledgeable professionals with whom they can share information and resources.
