With nearly twenty years’ experience of working in moving image, I’ve been a news reporter, TV producer and am now a freelance documentary director. My aim is to tell moving and diverse stories through powerful visual images, using sumptuous cinematography. A former BBC newshound with a strong grounding in documentary journalism, I also have a background in fine art, sculpture and photography. I am passionate about making powerful, high-quality factual films.
Cambridge-educated, I’m also a University Lecturer in Media Arts. When not making documentaries, I spend time in my sculpture studio, tinkering around in scrap metal yards and rooting out interestingly-shaped junk.

Jojo commented on Beneath360 by Amanda Bluglass very poetic. Only critisim: couldn't read the credits at the end though if that's on a big screen I guess you would, though why you'd need the duplication in that case... Anyway. The point is I thought you made something touching brilliance. xx
