    I've recently upgraded to Snow Leopard, quicktime now exports what feels like a million times faster. My work flow now is to Export -> Quicktime Movie and then open the file in Quicktime and "Save for web.." and use the "Computer" option. The result is a very good quality h.264 file with a m4v extension. I've uploaded this to vimeo, the quality comes out good but it doesn't flag as an HD video and the download item says "Unknown version" any ideas..
