Hi Kenneth, Try closing all open windows and processes on your computer except for the video and see if there is any change. If you are still having issues with playback, you can help us out by reporting the video using our "Report Slow Loading" feature.

That seems like a poor answer Emily. My browser is always super up-to-date and I'm Vimeo+ but both uploading and viewing are appalingly slow compared to Youtube .... and taking into account any difference in quality. Btw, I do check my broadband speed and
