I was Born at Dewsbury District Hospital, on the 20th of April 1990. Since i was a child I've always enjoyed drawing and painting but it wasn't until late into my GCSE's that i finally decided the course of my life after; when i was 14 I managed to get in contact with an artist named Gary Tonge through emailing him i quickly learned what it would take for me to pursue my aspirations of Concept art. With this in mind I enrolled at Dewsbury College of Art and Design (now Kirklees college), Here i studied Fine art and Design figuring it would be the best thing for me to get an overall bearing of many Artistic techniques... However i found myself stifled by the teaching. I tried to push my work into fields that interested me more, that being a technologically based piece of work. Something using software or hardware of varying types; this didn't fit in with the ethos my course seemed to have so in my 2 years at Dewsbury I slowly wore down doing less and less work... it wasn't something I really enjoyed so it seemed a pain to do the work, This was however until we could write out own Briefs in our FMP project, the final outcome of this project from originally looking at moment turned into a set of rotoscoped animations this wasn't the first time id tried my hand at animating. I think i had always had some passion for animations, and more so for 3D animations but it had never occurred to me to try my hand in it.

Towards the end of my college diploma it was time to find a university and a course to suit me and to fit in with what i could see myself doing after. I knew without a doubt i wanted to work in the film/game industry but i didn't specifically know what to specialize in, 3D animation leapt at me while i was searching for all possibilities. 3D animation seems to bridge the creative aspects of everything i enjoy without too much technical demand, from a basic knowledge in 3D software + other applications used on any 3D course i could see the potential jobs from it. 3D modeling, Special FX (and everything involved there), Animator...

After visiting several universities on open days i decided on De Mont Fort for many good reasons
