Anna is a graduate of the USC School of Cinematic Arts and came to visual storytelling by studying classic literature. In addition to her liberal arts background Anna holds a BA in Journalism. Over the past six years she has taken her love of writing to the next creative level, by focusing her efforts on screenwriting and directing.

Her first romantic comedy, "I Do Over," sold to Skydance Productions (True Grit, Mission Impossible 4) last year.

Anna and her writing partner, Michael Koerbel, create stories together under the Majek Pictures banner - the company they co‐founded together.

Majek Pictures has been featured in the New York Times, The Guardian, USA Today - as well as a dozen other publications highlighting the team's iPhone filmmaking and distribution methods. The duo has spoken at The Academy of Arts and Sciences, TEDx, The Director Guild of America and most recently, SXSW. They are currently working on their first book entitled, "The Studio in Your Pocket," due out this summer.

Anna's most recent directing project, "Haven's Point," won Best Film at the Women of Cinematic Arts Film Festival, February 2012. The teen thriller/short film is currently being submitted to festivals worldwide and stars Kick Kennedy, Ashlee Fuss and Veronica Powers.

Her most recent screenplay, "Rejects," is a feature length dramedy for teens which she plans on making her directorial debut.
