Anna Feder

Anna a œuvré pendant plus d’une décennie pour plusieurs festivals de films, du Newport International au Northampton Independant pour ensuite se trouver à la tête du Boston Underground Film Festival (BUFF), poste qu’elle occupe depuis maintenant quatre ans. Elle travaille également pour le département d’arts visuels et médiatiques du Collège Emerson où elle enseigne, coordine des événements et s’apprête à diriger la Cinémathèque qui ouvrira ses portes à l’automne 2009. Elle a obtenu un BA en analyse de films et technique à Umas Amherst et édite présentement sa thèse en production de films à l’Université de Boston.

Anna has spent over a decade working on film festivals from the Newport International and Northampton Independent film festivals and finally the Boston Underground Film Festival (BUFF) where she has served as Festival Director and programmer for the past four years. She has made her home in the Visual Media Arts department at Emerson College, teaching, coordinating events and eventually managing the Cinematheque that will be opening in the fall of 2009. She holds a BA from Umass Amherst in Film Analysis and Technique and is currently editing her thesis documentary finishing her MFA in Film Production from Boston University.
