1 month agoSebastian Woeber commented on Video Review: RED Scarlet-X (part 2/2)The Arri adapter plate was a preproduction model. Since they develop that stuff 30 minutes from my door it was easy to get.
The Arri plate is very lightweight but doesn't have many threads at the bottom. You can check out the wooden camera 15mm LW but it's about twice as heavy... -

Not editing in FCP.
Use Premiere, it's very similar and it's so much faster. Get a machine with a CUDA card and edit 4K raw online in realtime. Will have an article on that soon. Cheers
