antonio martinez
Antonio teaches photography at Southern Illinois University Carbondale. He attended Creighton University, where he earned a BFA in painting and then pursued an MFA in photography at East Carolina University. His Near the Egress video has been shown in over 25 international and national festivals and was featured in PDN magazine in 2010 and on platestopixels.com.

Christine Lucy Latimer commented on How to Hug and Other Sublimations of Men by antonio martinez Antonio, this piece reminds me so much of a 16mm film that I made about 10 years ago called MOSAIC (on my vimeo page). I love the notion of starting and stopping an image of two people fighting in order to emphasize the embrace! :)
