Supervisor Stone introduced an ordinance about keeping protesters away from a resident they're picketing. He was smeering Anonymous just as much as any public Scientologist has done, if not more. Protesters and free speech advocates heavily criticised Stone's ordinance, critique he refused to listen to. The Ordinance recently passed which means if you're gonna picket a residence in Riverside County, you have to stay 30 feet away from the property line of the residence. Protesting Scientology in general is not affected by this, but being drunk on "victory" of having passed the ordinance, Catharine Fraser (sp?) from Golden Era decided to make a citizens arrest on Mark Howell and Mark Bunker (Wise Beard Man) for trespassing while standing on public property.
