Here is a recap of the week long gathering kayak session mag organized between april 12/ 19th 2009. A huge turn out, good water levels, good weather, and people from all over the world - all the ingredients for a successful first festival. It’s hard to say how much beer was consumed during the week, but the morning cleaning around the campfire proved that kayaking makes a man thirsty... There was also a good turn out at the Rizzaneze dam protest, and plenty of press to help the local people understand more about kayaking.
